Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By accessing or using DolphinQ ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DolphinQ is an AI workflow management platform that enables teams to plan, trace, and preserve AI-assisted execution workflows.

2. Beta Disclaimer

• Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice
• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or instabilities
• Data may be lost — we do not guarantee data preservation during the beta period
• There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) — no uptime or availability guarantees
• Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or regulated data
• We may terminate beta accounts at any time
• Feedback provided during the beta period may be used freely to improve the Service without compensation or restriction

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using DolphinQ, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Abuse, spam, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended APIs
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use AI integrations to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Share or redistribute API keys to unauthorized parties

6. Sensitive Data

You must not upload, submit, or otherwise provide:

• Personally identifiable information (PII) of third parties
• Financial, medical, or legal records
• Trade secrets or classified information
• Data subject to regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)

We are not liable for any loss or exposure of sensitive data uploaded in violation of this section.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to DolphinQ, including workspace data, stories, traces, and attachments.

You grant DolphinQ a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

8. AI & Generated Content

DolphinQ integrates with third-party AI agents (such as Claude) through MCP (Model Context Protocol). Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI-generated outputs (traces, assessments, plans, summaries) may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
• You are responsible for independently verifying AI outputs before relying on them
• DolphinQ facilitates AI interactions but does not control AI agent outputs
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice

9. MCP & Third-Party Integrations

DolphinQ enables connections to third-party services through MCP connectors (e.g., Notion, GitHub). These integrations operate at your discretion:

• You are responsible for configuring and authorizing third-party connections
• DolphinQ does not store or process external documents accessed through integrations
• We are not liable for the availability or accuracy of third-party services

10. Subscription & Billing

DolphinQ is currently offered as a free beta. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with prior notice.

If and when paid plans are introduced:

• Pricing and billing cycles will be communicated in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

11. Intellectual Property

DolphinQ, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, during the beta period. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DolphinQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, business interruption, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
