DolphinQ is an independent software project focused on operational intelligence for AI-assisted execution workflows.

Built by a solo founder in Singapore, DolphinQ is an experimental AI workflow platform — not backed by venture capital, not part of a larger company. It exists because the problem it solves is real: AI agents do tremendous work, but the reasoning behind that work disappears the moment the conversation ends.

The Problem

AI agents can plan, execute, and deliver — but nothing is preserved. The decisions, trade-offs, rollback strategies, and rationale behind every step vanish into chat logs no one reads again.

Teams are left asking:
