Gantt Chart

The Gantt view shows your project timeline with:

• Story bars — positioned by start and due dates
• Dependencies — see what blocks what in the Dependency DAG view below
• Status colors — see progress at a glance
• Critical path highlighting — the longest dependency chain

Stories created from chat automatically appear on the timeline as soon as dates are set.

Dependency DAG

The DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) visualizes how stories relate to each other:

• Nodes — each story is a node, colored by status
• Edges — arrows show dependency direction (A must finish before B)
• Clusters — stories grouped by component
• Blockers — easily spot stories that are holding up the most work

Kanban Board

The classic board view with columns for each status. Drag stories between columns to update their status, or let your AI handle status transitions through chat.
